I har an issue with the part not being in the box (I'm not sure if it was stolen, it's very possible). I messaged the seller, he responded with sympathy and quickly offered to either refund or send a new part. I opted to get a new part, he sent it out the same day and sent the tracking number. I got it in less than a week! Will definitely buy from this seller again.
