  Item was exactly as described and shipped safely with lots of bubble wrap. As soon as I purchased it, I messaged the seller to say I’d pay more for faster shipping if necessary to get it to me in the earlier part of the ‘arrive by window’. No response. And then the item didn’t ship for 5 days. It arrived on the last day of the arrive by window, but too late for me to use. I would have paid for faster shipping, even the slow shipping would have worked if they hadn’t delayed getting it off.

  I didn't delay sending it. The five days in question were around the July 4th holiday weekend.
