Meanwhile seller sent me a cheesy decoy gift and assigned tracking for it to the real item. It was not the phone advertised. This iis an unlocked phone but is NOT FACTORY UNLOCKED! It was supposed to be "open box" condition but I believe it was reconditioned instead of true open box. I contacted the seller 4 days later and was told it was put of stock. Then the next day it was back in stock. So I told them to please send it, I waited 3 more days with no update on my order. I asked if they would notify me when the phone was shipped they again said it was out of stock. I told them if they didn't have it I would like a refund, it was finally sent
