  Figures were as described, and arrived safely, but the Global Shipping Program is terrible. I could have walked across the Atlantic to Scotland and back to pick up my purchase faster than this package which made a leisurely side trip to France before heading to the U.S. As it was, it arrived two days later than estimated. It also took the vendor almost 2 weeks to put the item in the mail.
