    Unfortunately this original item was unable to be collected due to an unusual incident (pick up point involved in a fire ) However a replacement pair was dispatched within 48 hours without quibble .A very professional and pleasant seller to work with excellent communication .Shoes are exactly as advertised and are of unquestionable quality ,i would certainly buy from them again .

    The best customer service I’ve ever had. The jacket was shipped quickly and well packaged. It didn’t fit, and the seller sent different sizes straight away. Unfortunately that didn’t fit either so had to return but would definitely use the company again. Great comms, fast service and very helpful. Thanks.

    Very smooth transaction. Item was well packaged and the seller dispatched it within hours of the order being made. Excellent service so far. The package then languished in a particular Royal Mail centre for three days and was consequently delivered three days later than predicted.
