  Great communication! Seller called me to verify that this was the part I was looking for for the range I was repairing, everything verified. Arrived quickly and packaging was so careful and secure that this glass part did not break. Part was better than described or visible in the pictures. Installed perfectly at a great value for this otherwise perfectly functioning range. Looks pretty much new again.

  Condition was better than the photo. Scooter parts helped me so much. He got on a video call with me and showed me the part in real time. He went out of his way to explain how to install the piece and offered to do another call to walk me through it. I managed to get it done just from his instructions alone. I highly recommend Scooter parts. He is a great business man and all businesses should learn customer service skills from him! Thanks Scott!!

  This seller was so amazing! I originally purchased an item that was the wrong color and didn't match my Washer. He contacted me to let me know that he found the item in the color I needed.
