  The item arrived and was exactly as described - my only gripe is not with the seller or with the item. The tracking information by Evri was all over the place and not very clear. As such, we did not get the item when we were expecting it. Besides that, the seller was great and the item, exactly what we ordered.

  Superb quality material cut to size and beautifully finished. Sellers' communications were second to none - exceptional, in fact. And the item was excellently packaged and swiftly despatched. While the item was not 'cheap', nor does it look cheap. In fact, good value for the money. Cannot ask for more.

  Delivered promptly, but was missing the snap hooks. Contacted the seller, who responded the same day, and the missing items were delivered in three days. Excellent customer service, and I have no hesitation in recommending this seller.

  Didn’t realise that I had purchased for collection by mistake. Seller massaged to confirm and gave the option to cancel for refund and repurchase including the postage option (which I took) So good communication, very helpful. R Item reordered as per later feedback. Recommended eBayer 👍🏼

  Arrived, but only just! The parcel was completely destroyed and the delivery driver was going to return it but, as it appeared to be undamaged, decided to delivery it. It was fine. As described.
