  Definitely unexpected. SFCO originally sent me the wrong product. It had a very similar name to what I ordered, so it made sense - mistakes happen. In trying to figure out the mixup, eBay refunded me the entire amount. SFCO reached out to me with an apology and sent me my original order completely free of charge. I offered to return the incorrect item, but they insisted that I have both for free. So I received two items and paid nothing. Mistakes happen; reactions define. SFCO was great.

  The seller shipped the book quickly, it was carefully rolled in a bubble mailer pouch and put into a close fitting cardboard box. The book still had its original cling wrap so it was definitely brand new as described. Despite the book apparently being out of print, the seller charged a reasonable price and didn’t try to scalp me on the product.

  My book arrived early! Outstanding job wrapping my book and protecting it from harm in shipment. The cardboard box and bubble-wrap kept it safe from postal abuse.   The books were shrink-wrapped and in their original condition. They were bubble wrapped and well packaged for shipping. The price was great for what came. Shipping was faster than I'd even hoped. I'd heard good things about the Seller from friends and I would definitely do business with them again.

  Item arrived in great condition and new as described. It was packaged well but did take extra time to ship. However, it was a great value and fair price for all it included. Would purchase from this seller again.
