    Great communication with seller, agreed quickly on price and shipped the next day after paying for item. Arrived packaged very securely and was exactly what I needed to fix my mower.     Item that I received was not the one pictured in the listing after seller states that "what you see is what you get." Either the pictures should be of the actual item being listed or it should be noted that you'll receive an item is similar to the one that's shown. I contacted seller who said they would pay for return shipping and then they stopped responding to my messages. Looks like the seller does a lot of business on eBay so apparently a few dissatisfied buyers is not that important to them
