  There was shipment damage. The seller tried to help by giving me new parts. That didn’t work. The seller took the product back and refunded the money. They sent pictures showing the extensive shipping damage. They offered a discount on a future purchase. Good response to an issue. Good eBayer!

The computer is excellent, booted up immediately, I installed updates as the seller instructed.   This is a Dell, so the quality is good and it was restored and upgraded to new condition. At the price it is an excellent value. The specs were just as advertised. It should last several years without any further upgrades. The only concern I had as I received it from FedEx was the packaging looked sloppy (it was) and the unit shifted about within. It was bubble wrapped, however and there was no visible damage. It booted up as it should. Thanks seller!
