  Media mail, but the delivery was quick; packaging was great, compact box, protective padding within, the book was as stated. Hadn't heard of book; am a fan of the story of Lou Gehrig's short life & illness, & of the film, Pride of the Yankees; looked up his wife, Eleanor Gehrig, ordered the book, read the first chapter & the 7th, No Place to Hide, her life before leading up to the start of the Great Depression. Reads very well, to me, the story, the history, my own family stories on my mind; A+
