  This item and the others in the group were secured for a sizeable diorama I'm attempting of a WWII 8th USAAF bomber station in the UK. All products selected have been well-packaged, promptly sent and safely delivered. All products are as advertised and a welcome addition to this effort. This vendor and the others I've accessed in this project are all first-timers for me, but I would use or recommend any or all in future. Thanks!!

  I like this sellers products. Good quality and as described. I know it takes time to make custom items. So I understand if shipping delays can occur or if other seller issues arise. But when a USPS label is printed for high quality photo paper sheets after paying fast and the item is running late almost 2.5 weeks, all I ask is for a message reply. And after the second message warning about item not received, the item was sent but again no seller response. That is why a 1 star for shipping. Odd

  Great Seller and Awesome overall experience. Item is better than described, was well packaged and delivery was very fast. I am very pleased with the item and the ease with which the transaction was handled and completed. Great value! Cost and shipping were very reasonable compared to similar items offered by other sellers and was my primary decision point on this purchase.   I purchased various items from this seller to the total of $164. 1 of these items, a $15 value, was shipped to me in the wrong color 2 times. I messaged the seller 2 times with no response. I provided clear pics of the wrong color and told the seller how I already started the project using this color. When I tried to buy it again the seller would not accept my order. I am an eBay buyer for +23 years with 100% positive reviews: 1 given by this seller. This is my first bad review of a seller.

  This buyer was a frequent returner. While we welcome returns when buyers are not satisfied, the return patterns of this buyer rose to abuse of the policy. In reality they've returned about a third of their overall purchases over multiple orders. By comparison, our overall return rate is about 2%.

  A return ratio is no excuse. The seller shipped the wrong item twice and shipped another item that has the wrong specs. The pics I provided are clear documentation; the seller is just pushing product out the door.
