    Excellent in every way. Item was as described ...open box item in brand new condition and fully functional. As with most tech for most people, buying used or new old stock offers the best value and this controller was a perfect example. The item was well packaged and survived the rigors of shipping; the cost of shipping was reasonable in this day and age.
