  Great experience with this seller. The item purchased is exactly as described but when received it was missing a piece. I contacted the seller with a picture of the missing part. Seller replied that he had contacted the manufacturer and was told a replacement would be sent directly from them. The replacement part was delivered a reasonable time later. I commend this vendor (Scale Model Kits) and the manufacturer (Metallic Details) for excellent customer service. A+++++

  Im still leaving a positive feed back even tho there was a mishap in shipping where a few pieces were damaged in shipment due to packaging, could of been in a box instend of envelope but was able to fix without issue. Great communication with customer service. Still will definitely buy from seller for my detailing needs.

  An accurate and realistically made 72nd scale 3D decal set for the 44' WWII Soviet Shurmovik ground attack aircraft. Speedy delivery, well packaged, no issues, fair price and exactly as described on the listing and as shown on the photographs. Great to have done business with this seller.

  Seller has a great Manufacturer who has made a great quality item👍 Had to chase up seller as to why there was a delay as the advertised dispatch time was way exceeded. Seller could have messaged and advised of delay (was a minor defect that required replacement, letting someone know would have been great) tracking number was useless.
