  This seller is an absolute gem! I ordered a beautiful wedding dress option that arrived so quickly and was in perfect condition as described, delicately packed and clearly shipped with care. She was so quick to respond to all messages and was genuinely so engaged and delightful to chat with. I ended up going with another dress for my wedding and she was wonderful about the return. Excited to find something special here again soon.

  The silk blouse I purchased from this seller has a hole into the fabric. She didn’t mention it on the item description and she said it was a pinhole caused by the tags but it’s bigger than that and the silk threads are torn. I love the item and wanted to keep it anyway, so I asked her for a partial refund for the inconvenience, and she said no. No intention from her to find a compromise to make both of us happy. Spent $108 for it. Not honest.

  Beware of this buyer! She will threaten to leave negative feedback if you don't allow her to keep an item and send her a partial refund as well. I offered her a full refund multiple times and she was strangely very upset by that. Very unprofessional.
