  Despite my warnings about the terrible mail handlers in my area, the seller chose to crush the bottle of the product I ordered into a box too small for it. The bottle arrived with one of its corners cracked and leaking fluid, however the seller had sealed the bottle in plastic, so very little leaked out. If it were not for the rarity of the product, I would be returning it. $200 for a 4OZ bottle and the seller is too cheap to package it right. I will not be buying anything else from this seller!

  There was a mix-up with the item I received, but the seller responded quickly and professionally. They issued a full refund and even let me keep the item as a courtesy. I appreciate the great customer service and resolution!
