  Item as described but shipping was inexplicably slow. Purchased and paid 6/17 Shipping label created 6/23 Item actually shipped 7/3 Item received 7/14 No communication whatsoever giving a reason for the delay.

  Seller wasn't very responsive. Items shipped were not nearly as nice as the one photographed. The description was misleading in that regard. Photos show a pristine cot. The ones that arrived might not have been used, but are older and show signs of wear/damage and are not like the one photographed.

  Item arrived in a timely manner. No issues at all. brand new with additional parts still in sealed bag. Quality? very pleased .Value? Great value. Original OEM item. Appearance ? Arrived in it's original box in great condition. Brand new item. really pleased with the whole transaction honestly . Outstanding results all the way around.

  The item had a promised delivery between Oct. 1 and Oct. 6. it is end of day Oct. 8 and it still isn't here. I have no issues with this seller other than MY ITEM ISN'T HERE YET!! I will be happy to revise my negative review once the item is received, but hopefully it is understandable that it is difficult to offer a positive review when I don't have my item yet!
