  Purchased the item, paid immediately. Never received tracking. Reached out to the buyer with no response. After filing a claim the buyer reached out to offer next day shipping. Once again, the buyer was not responsive so Ebay issued a refund. No notes on the account stating shipment delays or anything like that. Just a flakey seller.

  $20 card shipped in a penny sleeve with no top loader. Not necessarily an issue but tape was used to secure the card and the seller did not take care to make sure they didn’t tape the card. No way to remove the tape without ruining a card. I paid for a NM card and now have one significantly worse than NM. Sent a message to the seller and his response was “I’ll do better next time”, which doesn’t do anything for me now.
