    Avoid this seller at all costs. Absolutely terrible experience. The seller was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for the shipping issues. The item was promised by a certain date and didn’t arrive, but instead of helping, the seller became impossible to work with. We had to escalate the issue to eBay, who thankfully sided with us. Avoid this seller at all costs.

    This buyer’s feedback is misleading and unfair. The delay was entirely due to USPS, something no seller can control. Instead of understanding that, the buyer demanded a discount for circumstances beyond our responsibility. If the order was truly urgent, there is always the option to send a message and ask to upgrade shipping. It’s unreasonable to blame us for a shipping carrier’s delay, and it’s unfortunate when buyers feel entitled to compensation for issues we cannot prevent.
