    Amazing seller and highly recommended. The item arrived quickly and was well packaged. It was clear that effort had gone into making valuable upgrades and cleaning the interior. I have since put in a more powerful graphics card, which the computer is coping with well to produce an enjoyable gaming experience. As described and great value.

    Docking station was advertised as functional but arrived unusable — it required a specific power splitter cable not mentioned in the listing. I had to source this separately at a cost of £45.82, after confirming with Lenovo’s documentation that it was essential. Seller refused a partial refund despite clear evidence (photos, documentation) and only offered a return, which was not a fair or proportionate remedy once I had made the item work. Disappointing experience

    Amazing seller! the item arrived wonderfully packaged (loved the white company wrapping and box was a nice touch) Seller also bubble wrapped well for extra protection! The Ember Mug itself is like new, works fantastically. Thanks again for getting this out so quickly to me ☺️
