I said 4 day shipping but I got it in 2 days! Thank you. It came new with the tags and in a clear (I believe original) bag. It was shipped in a cardboard box. I am gifting it to someone whose favorite Pokémon is Garbodor. I believe on the Pokémon website it went for ~$15 but I think they don't sell it anymore. Everywhere else it is going for about double which is a little pricey, but still worth it. Looks good.
