Contacted seller, they wanted to refund for the 4 undelivered bulbs instead of sending me the 4 missing bulbs. My light fixture uses 5 bulbs so the 1 bulb I received is useless. Seller finally agreed to refund the full purchase price because of short supply of bulbs. After the refund I checked their offerings on eBay, they are still selling the Qty=5 package of light bulbs (how can they sell 5 if they don't have them?).
