  EBay changed how we respond. Shipping was perfectly timed. Product was clean and from a smoke free environment. Tags still attached. The color in the pic and actual item was spot on. Everything on this purchase was great. I can’t comment on communication because I did not have any communication. I can’t tell EBay what the product was like because it wasn’t for me.   Fast shipping, great communication, packaging was secured. I personally didn’t hate the item. It was neutral because label said Xs but fits like a small but I can’t tell if it’s because the manufacturer made it like that. Value I said I would have purchased for less than what I paid for but it’s ok.
