    Computer shipped and arrived quickly. It was also very well packaged. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I discovered that it was missing RAM and SSD, which was not mentioned in the listing. I contacted the seller about it, who responded very quickly, offering a partial refund. Since I was able to find the missing parts for about the same sum as the refund, I accepted. Although I wish the seller had been a little more careful about verifying the product, I was happy with his resolution of the issue

    Excelente shipping time , item arrived on time and satisfied with my purchase, as matter of fact I was worried about the item ( return, used or refurbished!!) But the item was sealed in it's original box , nice price and nice seller!!!

    Fast shipping and the device had components I didn't even expect it would include - it was better than "as described". The value was already good too. I'm very impressed and may end up buying another mini PC from this seller! Packaging was good and the system was new and still in plastic wrap.

    Item shipped fast and was packed well. Item was marked as defected so I reached out to ask the seller about it. They stated it was just a returned item and didn't know weather it was defective or not. I also made sure everything was needed to run it. So I decided to buy it and have been very pleased with it. I can't find anything wrong with it! The SSD may be a little slow, but works fine. It was a great deal!

    Great price and nice timers! There was a shipping mistake and I got the wrong item, but they were quick to reship the correct item and told me to just keep the item they shipped by mistake. Because they were so easy to work with, I will shop here again. (everyone makes mistakes sometimes)
