    The rug set is just as pictured. I sent my mom a photo and she loved it!! The vendor was great!! After I did not receive my order, I tracked and found out it was held up at the postal office. I contacted the seller and he offered my money back or reshipment. I chose reshipment and received it a few days later!!!

    The item arrived on time, was of good quality, looked good, in excellent condition. The value was also good. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong color and had to return it. The seller processed the return smoothly, though the shipping cost was deducted from my refund. While I had a good experience overall, the color I need is now out of stock. Still, the seller was professional, and I appreciate their service!

    The wrong color was shipped but it still worked with my bedroom colors. I never contacted seller about it because it matched even better than my choice would've. They did need ironing but they look great & I'll definitely be buying more from seller. Shipped super fast & packed well. Thank you!
