  best customer service!! ordered on a friday and the expected date of delivery was wednesday, but it came monday. unfortunately they sent the wrong color, but they responded within minutes and shipped out the correct headphones 💓 the headphones were in perfect condition and like-new. will order from this seller again

  The seller accidentally shipped the wrong side earbud. But with no hesitation, he sent the correct earbud no charge of course. Everything works great, this is how transaction should be handled.   Great vendor, shipped literally right away. Product is like brand next, really incredible deal and earbuds. Thanks for the great deal. I made a mistake setting Puerto Rico as a global order, so it took a little longer to arrive than their usual orders, but that was my fault.
