  This seller is excellent. An order was mistakenly submitted without my permission and funds were withdrawn from my bank account. I immediately canceled the transaction. The refund didn’t automatically happen and the seller had to put forth much effort to issue the refund. The refund ultimately was issued. Throughout the process, the seller was cooperative, respectful, professional, and patient with me while I expressed frustration, impatience, and skepticism. Thank you.
