When I saw the big box, it had me stumped as to what else I may have bought that would suit a box that size. When I unwrapped it, I was still presuming it may have been my book, & yes it was. I couldnt believe the amount of big bubble wrap used + all the screwed up brown paper used for the padding in the box. A minor issue about what had been offered was resolved proactively and immediately by the vendor without my asking. A replacement was offered and accepted, together with an extra complimentary brooch. The replacement was even nicer than the original advertised item, so all is good! The purchases were sent very quickly and were packed very securely. I’d certainly recommend this seller to other buyers.

The items are as described and photographed. They were promptly sent and arrived quickly. Communication about the items packing and postage was excellent. I heartedly recommend this seller.

The chess pieces were wrapped in bubble wrap and the dolls were packaged in another box inside the original package. There was also a lot of paper to protect everything. The utmost care was taken to package these. I asked for no signature on delivery and thankfully, I didn't need to sign for it. Will definitely buy again.
