  The hand painted water p i t c h e r from Spain arrived in very good condition. Well packed in plenty of bubble wrap, and other padding. The item was absolutely described correctly as it appeared on eBay. The shipping took a little longer than expected but that was due to the postal system. The value for the purchase was good. The seller absorb the shipping cost, due to an issue I had with the price. I very much appreciate the seller making that gesture. Very professional all the way around!

  Described accurately, packaged expertly and shipped quickly at a fair price. USPS on the other hand was about a week late delivering, but that wasn't sellers issue. Good seller highly recommend.

I received the item yesterday and I am VERY impressed with the packaging and the extra care they took to protect the cannister during shipping.   This is an awesome seller. The item was exactly as described and was promptly shipped. After it left the seller's control the USPS let it slip thru their fingers twice. I notified the seller each time the package got "lost" and they responded and interacted with the USPS immediately with the end result being the package was successfully received!
