    Item arrived quickly, mostly as described. Hat top area was crushed in shipping but I was able to steam it back into proper shape. (It would be better if they packed this type hat in a box, not a lightweight plastic bag!). Okay seller (though somewhat inexperienced in proper shipping methods.)

    Item did not arrive at all but I wouldn't blame tis seller and porch pirates raid my stuff once a year or theeabouts. Seller immediately refunded me for the missing item as soon as i flagged it on eaby so would recommend without hesitation. great service which made an annoying situation much less annoying

    There was a small issue with my order after I paid. The seller reached out immediately with reimbursement. The seller wanted to make sure I was happy with another color. Sometimes situations happen. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, the shipping time and my experience with this seller. Thanks for the quick response.

    The item i ordered was not available. The seller reached out and offered another color. When I did not want another color, they quickly refunded me. They were very professional, and I would do business with them again.

    Item arrived fast: shipping and packing good, but the item itself had a problem: I had a large smudge right in the middle of it brand new out of the packing - seller was very helpful to resolve and sent a replacement quickly - life is not without problems and the way this seller handled this problem is good - A nice quality bag for the money and it is appealing to look at - glad to have bought it - I wish they had more items along the same lines to buy more.
