Not to mention one in such GOOD condition. My purchase arrived in record time, was packaged really securely. The hook was pricey but the quality and craftsmanship were as described by the seller and very well worth it. I would use this seller again.

That was the least I would expect, since they did not ship the product never and offered an excuse after the fact. Still it was a poor transaction. this was a week after no action on their part. Definitely don t buy from them. They are not doing me a favor by returning / refunding my money. Buyer you decide

I’ve sent 2 messages to this seller without receiving any communication back as to when I would be receiving the crochet hook 7mm Furls Odyssey purchased. I still haven’t received the item I purchased. Looks like a USPS tag was made but never taken to the post office. Maybe they were great at one time. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I ended up working with the eBay guarantee to get a refund.
