  Figures and their boxes arrived in perfect condition. They were packaged very well and I received a text notification when they arrived. The seller covered the US tariffs, which they did not have to do. I really appreciate that they communicated the situation and sent the package as soon as they could despite the situation.   The item was unfortunately slightly damaged during transit. When I brought this issue to the seller, they were not only very responsive, but also understanding, patient, and kind. I was refunded the whole amount. I communicated with the seller to purchase the same item again, and they promised to take better care of the protective packaging, and they did! :)

  Arrived fairly quickly for an international order. The figure box was wrapped in bubble wrap and in a shipping box. The figure was new, as described and pictured in the listing. It looks great on my shelf. A great sales experience overall. Thanks!
