    Item never arrived. Highly doubt it was even sent. Waste of time dealing with this seller. He did reply to emails but didn't try to fix the situation of not arriving. Clearly been lost or not sent but no resolution offered. Not very helpful and recommend to others to look elsewhere. Nearly 3 weeks wasted with this.

    The seller sent me a wrong item (3 powders) and I had to post it back at a fee cos I received only an address. I complained about this and all I saw was a return label after I had posted it back at a fee. I expect a refund of this since then but didn'tget it. I sent a message but got no response. I think this is so unfair, knowing from onset the fault was his/hers
