  Not sent. No feedback after request. Had sent wrong colour first time. Made comment on this no response. Liked the product so thought it was a mistake. Then ordered again orginal product. EVRI did not receive item so could not deliver or track. Contacted them. No reply like the last time. They do not read their contacts. Will need to contact ebay. Bad experience.

  Very happy with this item - first one that arrived had been damaged in transit but return dealt with expediently & although I had to order a 2nd one rather than a simple exchange all is good now. Delivery not the quickest but no damage & to be fair this is the 1st time I ever received anything damaged from Evri.

  I ordered the bag with a twist lock and was sent the wrong one. Contacted them to let know. Told me to send it back for a refund, but it's a xmas present and I won't get another in time.

  Truly appalling. Don't expect to ever receive what you paid for. Seller marked the bag dispatched 12 days ago and gave a tracking number but nothing arrived. Royal Mail's tracking revealed that Royal Mail hadn't even received it themselves. I messaged the seller more than one but seller didn't ever reply. In the end I had to log a formal conplaint with eBay. I will avoid this seller at all costs. Appalling service wasting buyers time.

  Good Communication and customer service. Although the colour wasn't as I had ordered, the bag was otherwise as described and quality expected(already own one purchased in Italy previously). RS Fashions provided a refund and postage to return the item, will definitely be using again, as I feel they are customer focused, and my experience was certainly overall positive.
