She thought it was new when she listed it. It still has the plastic on it. But when she went to ship it she saw it was opened and sent me a message letting me know and offered to refund me if I wanted. This lady is one of the most honest people on ebay. She did not have to do that. I would definitely buy here again without hesitation. 10 stars!!!!!!

However when they arrived the post office had completely ruined the box. Luckily due to the sellers amazing packaging, not 1 plate was broken! I actually ordered 3 other plates from the same seller. ALL 5 were not damaged which is incredible considering the totally destroyed box!
