  The carpet is damaged. I am disappointed that Saffi have not responded to my message and very upset at finding the damage which had to be done before it left them and before the carpet was packaged by them. It was folded at some stage and the edge was damaged, although the 'white spot areas' look like insect damage rather than abrasion. I would like a full refund and if you want it returned please provide postage.
