  I bought a dress on 9/4 and was given a tracking number. On 9/15 I reported the item missing as it had not shipped. I still really wanted it! The seller messaged me that they had been having trouble with packages not being tracked and I messaged them back that it had a tracking number but had not shipped. They immediately canceled my order that I still wanted. I don’t believe they ever had the item. They did refund but now I have to find this dress again. Not cool!

  Damage likely because shipped in envelope with no protection. Lots of loose beads. Seller very responsive. Beaded dresses need to be packaged carefully. Beads just keep falling off as I try it on.

  This jacket is stunning and exactly as described-brand new, tags on and zippers pulls still wrapped to prevent damage to the leather. Delivery was made in 4 days which is unheard of for Alaska. I'm very impressed with this seller and would absolutely buy from again. There was even a little extra gift that was included in the package. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to buy from you. I love this jacket. The color is beautiful too.
