When we went to charge the batteries, we found that one of them would not accept a charge. I reached out to the manufacturer and was told that I would have to go through ebay for warranty but i knew that would be a nightmare. I notified the seller and he immediately offered a discount so that we could simply purchase a replacement. This seller is one of the best I have ever worked with and can easily see why he has a 100% positive
