  As others have mentioned, the condenser ships separately, which caused a slight delay for me as mine was lost in transit. However, I reached out to the company, and their customer service was outstanding. They quickly resolved the issue and got everything to me. The AC compressor kit and condenser are both top-notch, and everything works flawlessly. Great value for the price! Highly recommend this seller for both the quality of parts and excellent support!

  Everything arrived exactly as described and was professionally packaged. The compressor, dryer, and orifice tube were shipped together in one box, while the condenser unit arrived separately two days later without a tracking number. Although the split shipment caused a slight delay, the parts were in excellent condition. I highly recommend this seller, but if you're working on a tight schedule, allow some buffer time in case bulk orders are shipped in multiple packages.

  Ordered the part and was immediately shipped the next day. Fast 2 day delivery, but unfortunately I did receive a compressor that did have an issue. But after contacting the company, they promptly messaged me back asking to send another; never had customer service this convenient! The new one arrived and installed within an hour and now I have AC again. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great buy and service.

  Outstanding customer service! The first compressor I received was a bad unit, but the seller immediately reached out to make things right. Since removing it again would be a huge hassle, they generously offered a full refund instead. Very friendly, fast to respond, and accommodating. What could have been a negative experience turned into a positive one. Sometimes you just get a bad unit, but this seller truly stands behind their products. Highly recommended!

  I’m giving a positive for the very responsive customer service. Unfortunately, the condenser and compressor were shipped separately. The condenser showed up damaged from shipping (not the sellers fault). But then the compressor did not fit as described by eBay garage.the seller gave no issues in returning the item. They do charge a restocking fee that was annoying…. Not my fault that the 2 pieces just didn’t work…. But I gotta say the seller gave zero issues, with retuning the items
