    The Canvas Cover for Shovel & Axe is new as described and shown in the Listing. The Seller was expeditious in shipping out the Canvas Covers Delhi, India and packaged them well to prevent shipping damage. It was within the going market value.     Purchased to hand crank my CJ3B. As others have mentioned, shipping from India to the states was lighting fast and the hand crank came quicker than expected. Customer service was top notch. I had two questions and both were responded to within 12-24 hours. Item arrived package like it was going to be run over by a tank. No exaggeration, it took me 15 minutes to unrap. Item looked brand new and freshly painted.

    After I paid, the product page was changed and a different product than the one I wanted was sent to me. I have not received a reply to my inquiries. I think the shipping and packaging were appropriate. However, the product that was sent and the customer service were inappropriate.
