    We've purchased from this seller before, with very positive results. This time there happened to be an mislabeled description, where the item listed was a higher model than the one we actually received. After contacting the seller he tried to accommodate us by finding the correct model in his inventory, but was unsuccessful. He ended up allowing us to keep the lower end model and he refunded half the price. He replies quickly to messages & is very courteous. Overall, a positive experience.

    I ordered a Dell laptop computer from this seller, & quality is superb, condition is good for its age, just like described in the listing. It feels solid, all keys functional, and is a work horse. Seller provides a high level of value for the money, so I recommend you look at the items in their store; I believe you'll find something you want. Plus the shipping is actual shipping costs, not inflated. Secure packaging. Strongly recommend, & I will keep checking their inventory. Cheers!
