  Item was brand new. Had issues with the shipper, but the seller was fantastic about it. The appearance was exactly as depicted in the ad. Very happy with this transaction.

  09/08 I Found an item to purchase.I messaged the seller to confirm item in stock.09/09 Seller confirmed yes. purchased item.09/13 ask seller for a shipping ETA. Seller responded saying item was out of stock. Seller offered another window, I declined.I request seller cancel and refund.09/16 sent seller ebay cancel req, Seller refused to cancel, no refund.09/17 filed INR.09/21 refunded. Seems like the seller does not understand that when an item is out of stock, it has to be canceled and refunded.

  After 3 busness days I contacted seller about when item is going to be shipped, they informed me it was out of stock ( add still show 3 available) then they informed me that my refund would have to come from ebay, that claim can not be filed for three more days because they list it as awaiting shipping.this is not just bad business it is theft and fraud.They took my money knowing they did not have item and are willing to take some elses money for same item knowing its out of stock.

  It’s now been 2 full business days since seller contacted me they didn’t have the window in size I ordered that they had listed. Seller offered different size window 1.5in wide instead of 2in listed in posting. I declined asked to cancel and refund me. Seller won’t answer messages to refund me. Or acknowledge return request Buyers beware I’m taking to PayPal end eBay now. Would like to give zero stars but one star is as low as I can go.
