  My purchase of dinner forks arrived just as described, prompt delivery. Package did arrive with external wrapping damaged but more to do the Royal Mail than sender I believe. Fortunately internal packaging was secure and no loss/damage to purchase. Would use seller again.

  Very quickly despatched and received. Well packaged. Sadly one of the six spoons was damaged but seller promptly refunded in full without requiring the return of the other 5 (which are lovely) - so a 5* rating for seller for the superb customer service and will use again for further purchases in future.   Lovely item at a very good price. Very well packaged and timely delivery. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit and had to be returned to seller who was very understanding and refunded my money. Excellent communication with the seller and i would buy from them again.
