  I ordered a specific Starlink car roof magnetic mount. Unfortunately a different mount was shipped to me and that mount would not work on my small car. I sent a message to the seller with a picture and description of the problem. This seller apologized and immediately issued a full refund. That is an example of excellent customer service! Mistakes are made but doing the right thing to remedy the mistake is the great customer service. Thank you!!! 5 STARS!

  The item arrived a couple of days late, but it wasn't the seller's fault. Packaging of the Keurig components were well packed. Reservoir, tray, and K-cup cartridge arrived in perfect condition, and as described. This purchase was a great value. I will be more than happy to buy from this seller again. A++ service!!

  There is a small scratch on the phone case where it was visible through the package, but it is hidden with my pop socket and the scratch could have happened during shipping. The box was unopened and product as described on the website. Overall, I am happy with the phone case I received considering the price and fast shipping. Thanks!

  Hands down the best seller I've ever purchased from. The shipping was extremely fast and the item was well-packaged. The best part was the communication and responsiveness. One part of the vacuum was not working so I messaged the seller, and they replied in under 10 minutes, as well as sending a replacement part the next day.
