    Seller quickly dropped off item at the post office after I ordered. The tracking showed the item going from state to state but it never got to my state and did not get dropped off. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately to my questions. They did a search and suspected that the item was lost by the USPS. Without hesitation, they refunded my money. This seller is a very good and trustworthy seller. Their communication is great. Very honest seller!

    Great transaction and delivery. A comment on the packaging though -- the wreathe leaves were very bent and out of shape due to the flat envelope and I had to re-work them to look nice like the picture shown.

    I purchased this replacement screen, but I accidentally purchased the wrong one. The seller is super cool, allowing me to return the item at no cost. Also the replacement screen was packaged well and arrived quickly. Great seller!

    Even though there was no tracking number made available, I still received items quickly and as described. Another unscrupulous buyer would say they did not receive the item, thus, resulting in a refund and item for free. It's happened to me, to let this happen to you.

    Item arrived on the intended date, but I WOULDN'T HAVE KNOWN IT IF NOT FOR MY EMAIL...tracking was virtually NONEXISTENT...I use the tracking to get a read on when I can expect my shipments...I didn't have that in this instance...from what I observed in the tracking updates, I was concerned that my package was lost or still held up in San Diego
