  It's sad you have to deal with people like this. Paid on the 5th, shipped on the 6th (with ESUS tracking). 13th he files a claim as item not received. C'mon man you know better. Add him to your BLOCKED list IMMEDIATLY!!!

The day after I purchased the card they reached out apologizing saying they can't seem to locate the card in their inventory and did not hesitate to issue a refund.
