  The unit I received did not work. The seller refunded the cost and was very fast in responding to the problem. I contacted before leaving feedback to see if they could assist and they were quick to make things right.   Came in a beautifully constructed cardboard box with no extra superfluous tape or paper wrapping. PERFECT packaging. I'm rather fussy about items that are over-packaged. This was absolutely perfect. Inside the box everything was contained in a biodegradable plastic bag (I could hardly believe my eyes). It has a very easy-to-understand user's manual (5 languages). It's exactly what I wanted. Haven't assembled it yet, but if I have any issues I'll add an update. So far it looks great

  Item as described and functioning perfectly in my LG front load washer. The symptom was water filling the drum overnight. This unit fixed the issue and was an easy replacement with a little YouTube help.. it was shipped in bubble wrap in a plastic envelope. I would have preferred a box, but it arrived just fine.
