  Received my rugs but One had a continuous black line down them not sure if this happened in transit or was like that when left, but I was too excited I ripped open the packaging contacted seller was engaging with messages and no reply now so giving bad feedback as I am left with a black oily line on my rug which I am absolutely gutted about sure if this happened in transit or was like that

  Would never order again. Sent back imagine does not match colour in person, communication is poor and so is the customer service. Also didn’t get posted for a week after payment had to chase up pain in the backside
