  Rug as described and packaged well. However, it arrived late, as the carrier took over a week to deliver from the despatch date. The tracking information was unreliable, and it was impossible to speak to anyone. I would suggest that the seller may need to consider using a different carrier?

  Once again another rug arrived this morning and is as described with numerous photographs. It was well packaged. Highly recommend this eBayer.   This is the third rug purchased from this seller. As expected it was just like the description - colour and dimensions accurate. Arrived well packaged and with a friendly courier two days after purchasing. Definitely will buy more carpets again here.

  Fabulous carpet I am totally overjoyed with it, the runner arrived in good condition with no unpleasant odours and was just as described by the seller. The perfect size I required I am so glad I found this at such great value. Packaging was securely done with care and the carpets both arrived by an efficient and professional courier who kept me appraised of delivery time. Flawless Ebay transaction!
