  The rug is even better looking than the photo (in fact, Rugs Affair should look into taking better, sharper photos -- I think the rugs would sell faster). I was concerned when the tracking number showed UPS not having received the shipment a few days after I had received a tracking number, but the seller called me to reassure me and less than 48 hours later I have my rug and I love it! Thanks for good service and a great product.

Seller kindly helped me choose between two similar rugs and offered a great price for a fine quality antique weaving - exactly as pictured (crisp design, strong saturated colors, high knot count), which was then quickly delivered in secure packaging - excellent all ‘round - thank you Sean!

  This rug was in bad condition and not as described! He asked me not to open a return because of the condition and didn’t want a bad mark on his selling. I agreed and Sean told me I would receive a full refund for not doing so. I had to initiate a return to get the refund. I did all he asked and I did NOT receive a full refund! They deducted the shipping from my refund. He tells me to contact eBay? Why he was the one to give the full refund which did not happen! The rug was frayed and smelled bad

  This buyer posted me a negative feedback because hinks ebay didn't refund him in full. I honored my return policy as always, as soon as item arrived, I issued refund through ebay. When a seller accept a return without any challenge ebay issues refund in full.I advised him to call ebay because is out of my control. Please check my other feedbacks, sold more than 1200 pcs without receiving a negative feedback.When opened return, stated cahnged my mind then wrote lots lies
